About Me

Sascha O’Meara

I have 15 years of experience working with companies to understand their people, services and products as well as strengths and weaknesses.

The majority of my career has been in the investment industry. I have worked for global leading financial institutions to assess companies for the purpose of making private investments in good businesses.

I now work as an organizational consultant and coach, combining my background in company analysis with a desire to work directly with people to realize their potential.

I am a curious and critical thinker, an eternal student with a fascination for learning and problem solving.

I love martial arts and have a black belt in Taekwondo and a blue belt in judo and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Originally from New Zealand, travel is a passion for me and I have been lucky enough to have lived in 5 countries (New Zealand, Australia, Canada, United States and Spain).
